As you learn to play this fingerstyle arrangement of Wonderwall, be sure to frequently return to the performance as a good reference point and guide.

This is the full fingerstyle guitar lesson for Wonderwall. Wonderwall was written by Noel Gallagher for Oasis and the song appears on their 1995 album ‘What’s the Story Morning Glory?’.
What an earth does Wonderwall actually mean? According to Noel, Wonderwall describes an imaginary friend that’s going to come and save you from yourself.
Wonderwall is often one of the first songs that guitar players learn, this is because the chords are very easy. Having said that, not many people learn fingerstyle arrangements of it so hats off to you for giving it a go. Obviously it’s considerably harder to play than just strumming the basic chords, but it’s certainly not ridiculously hard at all and it’s tons of fun once you’ve learnt it.
