7In this lesson we’re learning how to play a really fun fingerstyle arrangement of (Don’t Fear) the Reaper.
(Don’t Fear) The Reaper was recorded in 1976 by American rock band Blue Öyster Cult and appears on their album Agents of Fortune. The song was written and sung by lead guitarist Donald Roeser.
Although a true classic rock song, it works fantastically well played as fingerstyle. This arrangement is pretty tough but I promise it’s incredibly fun to play, so buckle up and let’s get into the lesson!
